ARCHAEOLOGICAL SERVICES BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES HOUSING ELEMENTS

Our firm offers archaeological surveys in compliance with CEQA/NEPA (Section 106), record searches, private archaeological surveys and testing, project planning and feasibility studies, data recovery, archaeological construction monitoring, and National Register of Historic Places and California Register of Historic Resources nomination and evaluation. In addition, the archaeologist on staff has academic and professional experience working with human skeletal remains and is able to provide osteological services if needed. EMC Planning Group biologists and planners assist clients with Ecological and Biological Services, including complying with the California Environmental Quality Act and the National Environmental Policy Act , as well as all aspects of state and federal threatened and endangered species regulations. Our biologists have the specialized knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of presence/ absence surveys for special-status plants and wildlife.
