Bryce Ternet Joins Firm as Senior Planner

EMC Planning Group is please to announce Bryce Ternet has joined its firm as a senior planner. He holds a master’s degree in environmental policy from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a bachelor’s degree in political science and French from the University of Montana. His responsibilities include the research, preparation, and production of environmental documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Additionally, he provides clients with permit processing and entitlement assistance, constraints analysis, land use assessments, and feasibility analyses, among other planning services.
He brings with him more than 13 years of experience in the initial phases of project development, having started his career in international development with the federal government. He has experience in current, advanced, and environmental planning, including but not limited to: preparing environmental documents in compliance with CEQA and NEPA for residential, commercial, industrial, transportation, public facility and advance planning projects; preparing advanced planning documents; processing discretionary land use entitlements; managing projects; and presenting projects at public hearings.
