Stuart Poulter Joins Firm as Assistant Planner

EMC Planning Group is proud to announce Stuart Poulter has joined its team as an assistant planner. Stuart has a Master of City and Regional Planning degree, with a concentration in Environmental Planning, from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a bachelor’s degree in History from Santa Clara University. His responsibilities include the research, preparation, and production of environmental documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and assisting with permit processing and various other planning projects.
Prior to joining our firm and while completing his coursework at Cal Poly, Mr. Poulter worked as an environmental planning intern/technician in the private sector where he was responsible for the preparation of environmental documents in compliance with CEQA/NEPA and the preparation of permit application packages for various coastal and inland projects. His experience also includes conducting background research and data collection on applicable land use and environmental regulations.
