Mr. Poulter joined the firm in 2015. His responsibilities include the research, preparation, and production of environmental documents in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and assisting with permit processing and various other planning projects.
Prior to joining our firm and while completing his coursework at Cal Poly, Mr. Poulter worked as an environmental planning intern/technician in the private sector where he was responsible for the preparation of environmental documents in compliance with CEQA/NEPA and the preparation of permit application packages for various coastal and inland projects. His experience also includes conducting background research and data collection on applicable land use and environmental regulations. He is knowledgeable with many software programs including Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and ESRI ArcGIS.
