Teri Wissler Adam - Senior Principal
Teri joined the firm in 1991 and has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at San Luis Obispo in Business Administration with a concentration in Environmental Management.
She oversees the firm's California Environmental Quality Act/National Environmental Policy Act projects. Teri has managed preparation of EIRs for general plans and specific plans, and a large variety of private projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use. She has also managed several projects for public facilities such as recycled water projects, wastewater treatment plant expansion and upgrades, landfills, highway and roadway projects, public housing projects, sports parks, and elementary, high school, and college campuses. NEPA projects include infrastructure projects for the U.S. Army, agricultural research facilities for the U.S.D.A., transportation projects for Caltrans and the F.H.W.A., and housing projects for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has represented clients throughout Monterey County, Santa Clara County, Merced County, and as far south as Los Angeles County.
Teri is currently the newsletter coordinator of the Association of Environmental Professionals (AEP) Monterey Bay Area Chapter. She previously served as the chapter president, and on the State Board of Directors of AEP from 1994 through 1996.
When not in the office, you'll find Teri spending time with her family and involved in community activities. She currently serves on the Foothill Elementary School PTA Board as Parliamentarian and is involved with fundraising and volunteer activities associated with her daughter's dance troop, Dance Kids of Monterey County. She served on the Monterey Peninsula Unified School District's Facilities Master Plan Task Force and also represented the City of Del Rey Oaks on the Monterey Peninsula College task force to study trustee areas.
