HOUSING SPECIALIST / ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER
March 5, 2026 - We are currently seeking a Housing Specialist/Environmental Planner at the Associate or Senior level. This position works closely with other housing-focused land use planners and CEQA specialists to prepare complex and detailed written housing elements, as well as other planning documents, and CEQA initial studies and environmental impact reports (EIRs).
PRINCIPAL PLANNER-LEVEL ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYST / CEQA EXPERT
March 5, 2026 - We are currently seeking an Environmental Analyst/Project Manager at the Principal Planner level. This position works closely with other environmental, land use, and housing-focused planners to prepare complex and detailed written documents and graphics for environmental and land use planning compliance projects, including, but not limited to, CEQA initial studies and environmental impact reports.
ASSOCIATE / SENIOR-LEVEL LAND USE PLANNER
March 5, 2026 - We are currently seeking a Land Use Planner at the Associate or Senior level. Duties will depend on experience level and will include, land use feasibility analysis, technical report preparation and management, project application preparation and entitlement processing, and plan making. A minimum of 3-5 years experience with the referenced skills is required. Writing skills are a priority. Familiarity with environmental documentation is a plus.
